Overview of Test Heads
The Agilent 93000 SOC Series comes with a 512 pin and a
1024 pin test head.
The two versions of the tester together with a sketch of
their test heads are shown in Figure 27.

As you can see in Figure 27, the 512 pin testhead
supports 4 card cages while the 1024 pin testhead
supports 8 card cages. Each card cage can contain 8
digital boards or 8 analog modules respectively. A single
board has 16 pins making 128 pins per cage. Therefore,
the four caged test head contains 512 pins and the 8
caged test head 1024 pins.
