All Power (Force+) and Ground (Force–) pins and all
Sense pins must be wired on the DUT board according to
the Figure 74 on page 161. To avoid introducing an
unwanted potential difference between the DUT pin and
the ganged connections, make the connection as close as
possible to the supply pin.
