waveform memory are shared between two channels. The
SYNC CLK and SYNC DATA pins are also shared between
two channels.
You can use one channel only or two channels simulta-
neously.
The following sections describe function of each block.
Input Multiplexer
The input multiplexer makes the following connections.
• Input routes
• DC routes
• Loop back routes
Input Routes
To measure a signal entered to the pogo pin, the input
multiplexer makes the route between the specified pogo
pin and the sampler unit.
Only the single-ended signal can be entered to the pogo
pin.
